GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

For cancellations received by 15/03/2025, no penalty will be applied, except for the booking fee. For cancellations received from 16/03/2025 to 15/04/2025, 50% of the paid amount will be retained. For cancellations received from 16/04/2025, the entire paid amount will be retained. Any partial cancellations of the confirmed stay will not be refunded.
